This new remodeled main house is the perfect retreat for your Phoenix trip. Featuring 1200 sqft spaciousu space, a front and back private patio, and fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. The accommodations are as follows: 2 Bedrooms ( 3 Queen Beds) 2 Bathrooms 6-person Sofa 55" TV in living room 43” TV in bedroom Fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, free coffee + creamer and microwave Washer/Dryer Cabinets large enough for hanging your suits, dresses, or storing your luggage Guest access The neighborhood is quiet and private parking is available on driveway. Guest access Free parking max 2 cars on driveway. Other things to note House Rules * Please be mindful of our neighbors, quiet hours are 10PM -7AM a good relationship with the neighborhood is very important to us. * Please no house parties this is *NOT ALLOWED* and will get you kicked out. * Be respectful to our home, this is a fully renovated home with much work and passion so many guests can enjoy and we wish to keep it looking nice. * If home is left in very unorganized manner a $150 additional deep clean fee will be assed. * 12-Cup dripping coffee Maker. Please bring your own favorite Coffee * NO SMOKING, Vaping, or E-cigarettes * Pet's Allowed fee of $150 per pet non refundable. Request for payment will be sent through AirBnb. Please make sure to inform us if you will be bringing your furry friend. * For stays longer than 2 weeks we do require a biweekly cleaning service. Fee will be of $150 and requested through Airbnb. * Temperature for AC will only go to as low as 72 degrees Fahrenheit, if you would like cooler there is a $10 fee per day and limit is 67F. For heating temperate will only go as high as 72 F and $10 fee per day for higher termerature and limit is 78F . *Check-In time is 4PM/ Check-Out 10AM if for any reason a guest fails to check-out on time there will be a $75 per hour late check out fee, please be mindful other guests may arrive on your check-out date.
