There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. Check-in time may extend past 3pm during peak seasons. Extends through 5:30pm (7pm in the summer). Guests will collect their check-in packet and parking passes from our rental office before going to the unit. Linens are furnished. The linen package includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 pillowcases per bed. Beds will be made.
