The space You will have at your disposal a double bed, a chaise longue with the possibility of turning into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Other things to note The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 for smoking will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV packages. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
