Other things to note If your reservation is for a group or third party, please share the apartment information before you book. Remember, no dryer. This is a humble apartment complex in the middle of the Villas de Castro neighborhood at the top of the hill. This complex is still recovering from Hurricane Maria, and finally the complex started to be painted. We update the pictures several times during the year, so you will find exactly what you see in the pictures. We offer an affordable, secure, and home-likeplace. The mini-split A/C units are only for the bedrooms. We had to install a protection system in the A/C units; past guests abused the units trying to cool off the entire apartment. If the units turn off, it is the system protection. Are you doing a booking for more than 30 days? Utilities are included, but due to the abuse of past guests, there will be a gap in the power bill of $150. If it goes over, we will send you the bill and charge you the difference.
