Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home near French Broad River, 4 miles from downtown AVL. Home is located in a peaceful, serene neighborhood. Many have told me it feels like a treehouse on the side deck, surrounded by lush trees & happy birds singing to you. We are close to: River Arts District Silver Line Park Downtown Asheville Beaver Lake Botanical Gardens UNCA Aboretum Biltmore Estate Blue ridge pkwy Woodfin Riverside Park The space This beautiful home is set back in a peaceful neighborhood off Riverside Drive, about 5 mins to downtown. The downstairs includes living room area, 1 bathroom, dining room and kitchen and beautiful side deck with french doors off the dining area. The house is filled with plants and radiant light. French doors off dining area lead to private deck with patio seating and fire pit (my favorite "room" in the house. Fully fenced small yard on side of house for dogs. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and master bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower. Decor is funky vintage and modern mix. There is a separate downstairs apartment with a private entrance in back of house that is sometimes occupied. You do NOT share any space. If you would like to rent the apartment downstairs that is always an option as well. Guest access You have the upper 2 stories of the house. No shared space. The suite downstairs has a private entrance in back of house. Other things to note Early check in 1-3pm is at times available upon request for a $25/hr fee. Same for late check out $25 per hour upon approval. Please let us know if needed. There is a small fenced yard that is secure for dogs adjacent to the side deck. We strive to only use earth-friendly, organic cleaning and hygiene products that are good for human bodies and our precious planet. Absolutely no cats allowed. Dogs upon pre-approval and paid pet fee only. There is a separate suite downstairs with a long term tenant. She has a private entrance you may see her walking around down the back of house to her entrance. Please be respectful of quiet hours 10pm-8am.
