Families will appreciate kids’ utensils, bowls, and a highchair, plus basic pet supplies for your furry friends. ☆☆ DINNING ROOMS☆☆ Gather indoors or dine outside in the covered porch with a large dining table and picnic seating. Each kitchen includes an island with bar seating—plenty of room for group meals or cozy morning coffee overlooking the river. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Two inviting living areas feature plush furnishings and Smart TVs with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). The dock extends into Crystal River, offering a serene spot for morning coffee or sunset views. Our cottage is right on Crystal River, a short distance from Lake Michigan. The property is shaded with trees, and often there is a nice breeze blowing. AC is provided by the 5 mini-split units in the property, they are in all 4 bedrooms and 1 in the main living space upstairs. Each bedroom also features a ceiling fan, with the exception of the loft. Hot Tub Access: The hot tub is available for guest use—please enjoy it responsibly and at your own risk. All posted rules must be followed at all times. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee.
