Unplug at our cozy A-frame on 3 private, peaceful, wooded acres overlooking the Little Manistee River. Open living space, full kitchen, main floor queen + loft bedrooms. Enjoy s'mores and great conversation around our fire pit. A great private spot on an even quieter road. You will not be disappointed with the tranquility this spot offers. The space In this 700 square foot A-Frame there is one bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed and one queen sized bed in the loft overlooking the living room. There is also a queen size bed in the pull-out couch. The bathroom is small but functional. The outdoor shower overlooks the river and is a great shower option in the summer months. No parties allowed. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Only registered overnight guests allowed. Guest access This is a self check-in property with a lock box. Other things to note The interior of the cabin is tongue and groove wood with an up north wildlife theme. There are animal mounts, duck decoys and wildlife pictures throughout the space. Edison lights make the interior feel outdoorsy and the outdoor shower adds to the theme. Enjoy 3 wooded acres while relaxing in one of our Adirondack chairs around a crackling fire in our outdoor firepit. A bench down by the river allows you to hang out and listen to the water bubbling by. The deck overlooks the river and the retractable awning over the deck allows you to enjoy the deck rain or shine. Also featuring a spacious yard for yard games for hanging out with your significant other or friends and family. Please note there is a max of 2 dogs allowed with a per dog pet fee. Only dogs allowed, no other pets of any kind allowed. Please note that you will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.
