Expansive waterfront property with bunkie

Waterfront Retreat is located on Lake Sturgeon, which is great for boating, fishing and swimming. Enjoy relaxing time outdoors on this property that boasts 100 feet of waterfront and a fire pit at lakeside. This open concept and cozy cottage is ideal for the active family looking to enjoy all aspects of cottage life. The space Pet are not-allowed. The interior living areas and bedrooms have a classic cottage feel. The main living spaces have walkouts to the deck (new for 2021), all of which face the waterfront with breathtaking views of the lake. The Bunkie has its own bedroom, bathroom and living area which is perfect for a second family or older children. The waterfront is perfect for children, with a shallow sandy bottom that transitions to a gradually deepening water. Adults can supervise the goings-on from an expansive waterside deck and dock. Water toys include a canoe, tube , paddle boat, and two kids’ kayaks. You can fish directly off the dock .. so bring your fishing gear! For swimming, you need to wade out into the water because it is shallow by the dock (not ideal to jump off). It is not a weed free lake! Bottom is sandy and water shoes are suggested. New for 2021: New dock, Muskoka chairs at firepit, side deck off bunkie, beds and a new cottage paint job!! Guest access Lots of parking at the cottage. Door code provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Things to Note: * NO pets allowed * Due to Covid 19, guests are asked to bring their own linens & towels * This cottage does not have air conditioning but fans are provided. * There are very quiet neighbors next door, and we expect guest to be respectful of noise levels, particularly at night. It is really a place to relax, and not for parities. * The cottage is self catering. I leave as much toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, aluminum foil, etc. I can store, but is used by guests as the summer progresses. I suggest bring starters of all these items . We also fill up the propane whenever you can, if you need to refill, just let me know the amount and I will reimburse you. * Spices, sugar, aluminum paper is all left for your use, along with condiments. Again, these may run out and need to be purchased. * For additional seating at the patio table, feel free to bring out the inside chairs, just bring them in at night.
