Other things to note Coles Vacationing is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood with a mature residence. With that said, please keep noise to a minimum. No partying or loitering in the area. Please do not trespass onto other people's property (this really goes without saying, but just sharing as a reminder). Prohibited smoking inside of the house is a very FIRM rule. If there is evidence of smoke smell inside the home or trash there will be a surcharge. All trash must be placed into the garbage bags provided and must be discarded into the garbage disposal outside. Trash discarded anywhere other than the garbage disposal outside may result in a negative guest review. ONLY APPROVED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Unauthorized guests with the intent of staying overnight or for lengthy periods of time throughout the day will kindly be asked to leave. Please refer to “House Rules” for additional information.
