Queen bed, perfect for 1-2 ADULTS max. Full kitchen w/ microwave & mini-fridge. Small sofa, 2 TVs & recliner. 1 bathroom-walk-in tile shower, bench seating. NOT INCLUDED for guests use: Pool & pool area, loungers, grills & fire pit are NOT for guests use. NO SMOKING anywhere on PROPERTY! No pets. No children! The space One bedroom guest house with queen size bed. Full kitchen, small but cozy living room with sofa & recliner, one bathroom, (no tub), walk in shower with bench seating. Two TVs and Free Wi-Fi. Table with 2 chairs outside door for outside seating. . While our property provides a comfortable overnight or short-term stay, it is not designed as a resort, vacation destination, or gathering venue. Guest access Access to full guest house. Free Wi-Fi. There is a table outside the door for 2 guests if you would like to sit outside. Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use the POOL, POOL CHAIRS or GRILLS! Pool is private and for owners only. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or outside the property!! 2 person MAX!! NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! There will be an extra charge for any UNAPPROVED GUESTS who arrive during your stay and stay overnight!! NO Children or Pets. For the privacy and security of our family and guests, access to the property is permitted only after a reservation has been approved and check-in instructions have been provided. Please do not come to the property before receiving confirmation. Unscheduled visits and early arrivals cannot be accommodated! Other things to note While our property provides a comfortable overnight or short-term stay, it is not designed as a resort, vacation destination, or gathering venue. NO USE OF POOL, POOL AREA, OR GRILLS ALLOWED! No use of fire pit. No children allowed. No smoking/vaping, alcohol or drug use allowed inside or outside the property! No pets. No weapons. If you are passing through the area and need a quick stay that is clean and quiet, this would be the perfect place. Unfortunately, Waynesboro does not offer any nice hotels. However, keep in mind this is a private residence where a family lives, not a hotel. The pool and grills are for the owners only and are not for guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING! 2 person maximum limit! Parties, unauthorized guests, and unbooked visitors are prohibited! Less than 1 mile from downtown restaurants, Hospital and Walmart. Door Dash also available.
