This space was designed with families and traveling professionals in mind, with comfortable furniture and room for everyone to connect and relax. Next to the living room and kitchen, you'll find 3 nice size bedrooms with a full bath at the end of the hallway. Past the kitchen before going up the 1/2 flight of stairs to the large master, you'll find the laundry room and 1/2 bath. The very large master suite is like an oasis ~ a little retreat from the rest of the house. You might not want to leave! The fenced back yard is the perfect size for playing and the covered patio with hot tub is the perfect spot to enjoy outside in the shade or BBQ without getting rained on. ~ Garage is not available for guest use. ~ Please note this home does not have air conditioning. ~ No: parties/smoking inside or out/pets ~ Hate Has No Home Here. ALL Are Welcome Guest access The front door has an easy-to-use entry pad for entry. The garage is locked but the entire house is available for guest use. Walk ~1/2 block to Westgate elementary playground. Safe sidewalk the entire way. Cleaning required beyond what is normally needed following guest stays will result in additional cleaning fees will be & passed onto guest. Use of the hot tub and surrounding patio area is at your own risk, and by booking you acknowledge that the property owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, or misuse of the hot tub. The patio and surrounding surfaces may become slippery when wet, and guests are responsible for exercising caution and supervising all members of their party, especially children, at all times. Children must never use the hot tub unsupervised, and guests agree to follow all posted rules and safety guidelines during their stay.
