Guest access Self check-in is available directly to the unit using the access code provided in your arrival email. At the front door, enter your code into the smart lock keypad (a green light confirms acceptance), then rotate the deadbolt underneath away from the door opening to unlock. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again.
