Enjoy this newly renovated, private lakefront home with your family. Relax and take in the breathtaking views of Smith Lake. Watch the sunrise /sunsets from the front deck or master bedroom french doors. Play waterside on the dock or enjoy the lake views perched on the upper deck . Have fun on 2 provided paddle boards and a swim pad. Bring your own boat or rent one. Grill out and make S’mores around the fire pit. Wi-fi and a 50amp electric car charging outlet. Boat is NOT included in rental. The space Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds and pull out trundle bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa, with provided linens. There is a second full bathroom by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.. Included in rental is 2 paddle boards, life jackets (limited sizes) and a floating water pad. Grill with propane and grill tools provided. The dock has outside cleats/bumpers to secure a boat and/or jet ski. Boat in picture is NOT included or for rent.
