For guests who prefer to avoid stairs, Bedroom 4 serves as a pool casita/downstairs suite, offering a queen bed, mini fridge, and full bathroom. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heating is available upon request for $50 per day and requires 24–48 hours’ notice. - Pool heat will be available for the winter months (October 1 - April 30). - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. - Please reach out if you are interested in renting a golf cart during your stay.
