Le Mas du Coteau - Gîte in Provencal Drome

The gîte built in the 18th century offers an area of 117 m2 on 2 levels. It is designed to accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms located upstairs as well as 2 children under 2 years of age (cot). All beds can be combined on request. It also offers a private terrace of 22 m2 as well as a shelter for your bikes. The space Le Mas du Coteau consists of a cottage and the owners live in another wing of the building without facing each other. It is located in the middle of the fields, on a small hill with panoramic views from the Saoû forest and its three Becs to the perched village of Marsanne. It has been contemplating these landscapes for 250 years, having gone through eras that give it a unique soul that we wanted to keep during its restoration. Inside and outside the cottage, everything invites you to relax, to let yourself be carried away by the tranquility of the place while enjoying the beneficial rays of the sun and the scents of the different plants. On the ground floor you will find the entrance with a hallway that serves the living room, a toilet, the kitchen/dining room. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, one with shower room, a toilet, the shower room. Guest access Access to the cottage is via a path independent of our home that leads to the parking lot.
