Additionally there is a private bedroom that offers amble closet space and a separate family room that features a smart-tv, reading chair and sofa for times you want to relax and unwind. Despite this apartment being on the second floor, guests can enjoy using the private exterior entrance that leads directly to the private parking spot offered along with the space behind the home. We have the one of the best locations in town offering a short walk to Lake Erie, Edgewater Beach, local brewhouses, historical music venues, and the Clifton Ave shopping area. Guest access This second floor apartment offers a private exterior entrance by way of an exterior staircase that leads directly down to the private parking spot available for guests behind the home. This private parking spot located up a long driveway behind the home is under 24hour camera surveillance, which is ideal for guests traveling with a fully packed vehicle. Other things to note Although a 100-year-old converted farmhouse apartment can be quaint and charming, it is lacking the look of a new modern apartment (this is intentional). Please consider this before booking. The apartment features a totally private entrance by way of the back stairs to the second floor. These are steep, however, they have been reinforced and passed safety inspection by the city for 2020! Guests are required to carry their own luggage up these stairs. There is no central air conditioning, but the home is supplied with A/C window units that are capable of cooling off the entire apartment. Additionally, each room has a ceiling fan that can help circulate the cool air. This upstairs apartment has its own furnace. The apartment features a full kitchen with a full-size stove to cook all your meals. Basic cooking supplies like pots/pans and cooking utensils are provided. (Baking supplies are not included). The bathroom features a full-size tub and plenty of hot water. The bedroom has 2 large deep closets and a comfy memory foam queen mattress. The family room offers a smart-tv for guests to sign into their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts. TV subscriptions (ex: Netflix/Hulu) are not provided, guests must already have paid subscriptions to use the smart tv. Due to enhanced cleaning we have increased the fee - waiving the cleaning fee or negotiating a reduced cleaning fee is not feasible at this time. We do offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a fire on the stone patio via the fire pit (bring your own firewood). The yard also features a large unfenced backyard.
