Nestled in a peaceful, quiet community just 1 minute from Coastal Highway, 2.5 miles from the white sands of Rehoboth and Dewey & 5 miles from Lewes Beach. Enjoy peaceful surroundings with quick access to beaches, dining, shopping, and local attractions. We've carefully created a comfortable, welcoming space for relaxing beach getaways, weekend escapes, or extended stays. The space The Ocean Breeze Retreat is a private guest studio with its own entrance and dedicated accommodations, offering guests a peaceful retreat all to themselves. While attached to the main home, the studio is completely separate with no shared interior access, providing privacy and independence throughout your stay. This thoughtfully designed 400-square-foot space features an open-concept layout, comfortable furnishings, and everything needed for a relaxing coastal getaway. IMPORTANT DETAILS: Adults preferred: teenagers welcome when accompanied by and adult. KITCHEN AND ESSENTIALS: ✅ Refrigerator, freezer and 2 burner stovetop ✅ Toaster Oven, Air Fryer and Crock Pot for easy simple and easy Meal Prep ✅ Small Blender for smoothies and shakes ✅ Keurig, traditional coffee maker and French press for coffee lovers ✅ Complimentary pantry staples such as coffee, salt and pepper ✅ Dinnerware included 🎉 CELEBRATING A SPECIAL OCCASION? Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire studio guest house during their stay, including private entrance with smart lock for convenient self check-in. Free parking for 1 vehicle is provided in the driveway. Other things to note NEED A STRESS FREE RIDE? 🚘 | 🚌 🚗 Uber or Lyft rides to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach are typically around $12 - $15 per private ride during non-peak, non-holiday times, making it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and nightlife adventures without worrying about parking. 🚌 BUS ACCESS: There are several bus stops within walking distance to The Ocean Breeze Retreat. The closest one is located on Coastal Highway at The Sea Shell Shop. It is less than a 1/4 of a mile away. There are no sidewalks from the studio to the bus stop. You would have to walk through a neighborhood, cross over Airport Road, then walk through a shopping center parking lot to reach the bus stop. According to The DART website the standard One-Way Bus Fare from The Sea Shell Shop to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is approximately $2.
