Family Friendly Heber Home with Home Theatre

Welcome to this cute, "modern farmhouse" style home; set up to comfortably accommodate group stays, and located in the beautiful Heber Valley. You are only: 2 minutes to Downtown Heber 10 minutes to Deer Creek and Jordanelle Reservoirs 10 minutes to Midway (Swiss Days, Homestead Crater) 15 minutes to Wasatch Mountains (access to world class hiking, biking, camping and more) 20 minutes to Sundance, Deer Valley, and Park City Ski Resorts The space Guest group sizes anywhere from 6 to 14 are a good fit for the home. We don't recommend more than 10 adult guests, however, because 4 of the beds are top bunks and are meant for children. We can sleep over 14, but please message first to see if it's a good fit for your party. There are great restaurants to choose from, but in the case you feel like a home-cooked meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. You will love relaxing by the cozy indoor fire place upstairs where you can gather to play games with the family or choose to sit back and enjoy a movie in the home theatre, equipped with a surround sound system and an 82" Smart TV. Your kids will love the open play spaces and fun activities available to them within the home. The backyard is fenced in, providing you with private outdoor space to enjoy with your group. Guest access You will have whole-home and yard access aside from one locked storage area downstairs. You will have access to six parking spots, including in the garage, in the driveway and directly in front of the home. We ask that you please do not park in front of any of the neighbors homes as a courtesy to them. Other things to note This house is in a prime location. You're minutes away from world-class fly-fishing, ATV and mountain biking trails, climbing, golfing, and snowmobile trails. In addition to the three amazing ski resorts listed above, there are another four (Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude) within a 50 minute drive. The Salt Lake City Airport is a short 50 minute drive. Downtown Park City is 20 minutes away.
