Two of the bedrooms are independent and from inside are accessed via a third bedroom. The living-dining room and all the bedrooms have access to the garden where there is a beautiful outdoor dining area and swimming pool. On the upper floor is a sitting room, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a dressing room, both areas open to a nice terrace. All rooms have air conditioning. In the basement is the garage with capacity for one car and another room, with a single bed that could be used as a service room. This space does not have a bathroom.
