This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 3, conveniently located on the ground level. This unit offers queen size beds in both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable. The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Also has a breakfast bar that seats 2 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod. All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included. There's an electric fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months. Please keep this in mind for anyone who may have pet allergies. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as all of the amenities in Mariners Landing. Other things to note There are multiple dining options in Mariners Landing. Each Restaurant is privately owned. Please reach out to them directly for additional information / hours. There is a Dollar General Marketplace close to the Subdivision entrance for any last-minute needs. Mariners Landing Hospitality has no control over the amenities or restaurants at Mariners Landing. Outdoor Pools are usually open Memorial Day through Labor Day but not guaranteed.
