Poconos Fall Foliage: Close to Hiking Trails

This cozy and modern cabin is central to all of the adventures the Poconos has to offer. The house is walking distance to most Towamensing Trails amenities, including but not limited to, Lake, Beach, Community pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, children’s playground, clubhouse (with restaurant) and boat rentals. Stag Chalet offers 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, sleeps 10, with a gas fireplace, fully-stocked kitchen with Keurig, pots and pans, etc, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and washer and dryer. Front deck has a propane BBQ and patio/dining seating. Large open backyard space for children to run and play! The horseshoe driveway provides parking for five vehicles with easy access to the street. Primary Bedroom: King Bed with half bath and Smart TV. Second Bedroom: Queen Bed. Loft Bedroom (open to lower level): 6 twin beds (3 beds and 3 trundles) and Smart TV. Bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets), towels, & washcloths for up to 10 people are included. A maximum of 8 renter guest passes are included for use of the community amenities (beach, pool, lake, clubhouse playground, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts). Children 4 and younger do not require passes. There are no other exceptions. The pool and lake are open during summer season! Memorial Day weekend is the first weekend opening of the pool and lake, but it will only be open on weekends. After Father's Day, the pool and lake will be open everyday until Labor Day! Towamensing Trails HOA rules are part of our house rules. By booking our home, you are agreeing to comply with all HOA rules. Violations of the house rules (including smoking and failing to take out trash as instructed) will result in a minimum fine of $75 per violation. Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter. Smoking and house parties are prohibited. Community quiet hours are strictly enforced and are 11PM to 8AM on weekends and 10PM to 8AM on weekdays, and guests must abide by same. We rent to people 25 and older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Before accepting a booking request, we will ask you provide full names and age of all guests. The home has a keyless entry lock for easy check-in and a unique code will be provided prior to check-in. We utilize a Ring door bell camera at the front door.
