Fitted and equipped kitchen: large induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, extractor hood, combination microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, blender. "Sailboard" bedroom: 160cm bed (firm mattress & removable memory foam mattress topper), fitted wardrobe, 80x190cm fireside chair. Travel cot + organic bamboo mattress. "Surf" bedroom: 140cm bed (firm mattress & removable memory foam mattress topper) & 90cm bunk bed: not suitable for children unaccustomed to a high bed or for children under eight years old, fitted wardrobe, 80x190cm fireside chair. "Regatta" lounge used as a bedroom: sofa bed (comfortable 160cm bed + mattress topper), 3-person sofa, wardrobe, and desk (24-inch TV available). Direct access to the terrace. Bathroom: bathtub/shower combination, washing machine, hairdryer, shelves, and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. UPPER FLOOR: Master suite "Yachting" with private terrace and sea view: 160cm bed (firm mattress & removable memory foam mattress topper), wardrobe and chest of drawers, 90x190cm fireside chair + memory foam mattress topper. Bathroom open to the bedroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside: Large terrace with full garden furniture (BBQ, parasol, large table) and cocktail area (table and armchairs). Racks for 4 bicycles + locked bike storage. Outdoor surfboard racks and a large basin for rinsing wetsuits. Outdoor shower. Large fixed drying rack for towels, wetsuits, etc. The 700m² garden is fully enclosed and planted with trees (dune and pine forest ambiance) - lockable for children's safety. 3 hammocks installed under the pine trees for relaxing in peace and shade. Please note: For safety reasons, tree climbing is prohibited. Practical Information: Cleaning is included in the rental. However, the house must be left tidy and in good condition. A book explaining the house's operation is available on site. You will also find all the information you need about the region, tourist activities, markets, events, museums, and more. Martine, from the Conciergerie des Agapanthes, will contact you several days before your arrival. You can rent sheets and linens through her (€20/person). She will greet you upon arrival and collect the keys at the end of your stay. In the event of a significant defect, we reserve the right to contact the Air B&B resolution center, and a descriptive comment will be written for the careless guest. Activities - Leisure: Les Dunes Beach is 200m away and is supervised in summer. Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Vendée, it offers water sports (surfing, paddleboarding, shore walking, etc.). Surf schools and equipment rentals (surfboards and wetsuits) are located on site from spring to fall. The Normandelière water sports center is a 10-minute walk away (catamarans, kayaks, windsurfing, etc.). The "Parc des Dunes" amusement park for children (500m walk). Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A mini-market and bakery are open from April to September at the neighboring campsite (10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by bike). Guest access The whole house is available, except for the garage and the treehouse (security issue) Parking: 1 space in the garden (in front of the garage) - access to an electric charging point. 3 spaces in front of the gates and the house's small gate. As the cul-de-sac is private, the spaces are reserved for you. The large gate at the entrance to the cul-de-sac has one leaf permanently closed to prevent "illegal" parking. Please do not open it: a car can easily pass through this configuration. Other things to note Possibility of renting linen from the concierge service The house is designed for a peaceful vacation, respecting the property and the neighborhood. We would like to point out that parties with loud music or late-night noise are not permitted. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the house. Ashes and burning cigarette butts should not be thrown outside, as they may cause a fire. Pets are not allowed due to the risk of allergies among successive guests.
