Downstairs there’s a 1000 sq.ft. family room with 5 windows, patio access and 9’ ceilings where you can watch the 42” smart TV with surround sound, do some work at the large executive desk or a board game with the kids in the children’s library corner. Plenty of space for a workout - put in your favorite workout music or DVD. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms, including 3 on the main level and 1 on the first level. Bedroom 1: The large 16'x16 e Ensuite Master Bedroom has a 9-11' vaulted ceiling, cherry furnishings, smart TV and a wall of windows with a lovely view of the meadow and the large master bath has double sinks, jetted tub with a view and a large shower. Bedroom 2: There's a lovely corner bedroom with 3 windows on the main level with an Oak Craftsman Queen bed and a wall-hinged desk surface. This room shares a Jack and Jill bath with an adjacent bedroom which sleeps 4 (Bedroom 3). Bedroom 3: This room has a Pine Country queen bed and futon couch. The futon couch opens up to a double bed with a full-size conventional mattress. Bedroom 4: There's a Cherry Sleigh double bedroom downstairs with 2 south-facing windows, 9' ceilings and adjacent large full bath. Also, conveniently located on the main level is a laundry room with a Whirlpool Cabrio high capacity and high efficiency washer and dryer with utility sink, full-size ironing board and iron and extra clothes hanging space. The home has 40 Mbps WIFI. The router is on the main level and there is a signal booster on the ground level. The cell coverage for some carriers is limited so there is a land line phone available to you with unlimited long distance calling within the U.S. International calls are not permitted. All the TVs in the house are smart TVs capable of streaming with your own Netflix or Amazon accounts, however the house does not have cable or satellite service. Also, for security, there is a Ring doorbell to the left of the front door. It has a view range of the front door, front porch and front stairs only. There are no other ring system devices or cameras on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the two-acre property. This home is not operated as a shared space. If you can open a cabinet or closet, then it is intended for your use and enjoyment and the contents are for you to use as needed. Be assured that any personal property of the owner is locked away out of view. Parking is available in the large driveway with room for a large vehicle including an RV or boat trailer.
