Downstairs, the living room offers a 43” 4k flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a queen-size pullout bed. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare your favorite foods in the large, well-stocked modern kitchen. The chef in your party will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, glass-top range, and a deep farm-style sink. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Downstairs, the kitchenette includes apartment appliances, such as a small-size range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and bar seating for three. When it’s time to eat, gather upstairs in the dining area at the large table. BEDROOMS & BATHS Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with a king bed, electric fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a 6-foot soaking tub with shower. On the lower level, you’ll find an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead. On the main level of the home a conveniently located pocket door provides privacy, turning two bedrooms and a bathroom into an optional private mini-suite. One of these bedrooms offers a queen bed and the other a XL twin-over-queen bunk bed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
