Visit "Worthing Beach 180" and enjoy the magnificent 180 degree sea views from both the living room and kitchen breakfast room with the convenience of a private parking space at the door. This recently renovated, stylish & cosy first floor apartment has every amenity you could want for a break by the sea. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with a Kingsize bed and a twin room. The living area is particularly spacious with a comfortable living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room. The space Beach 180 is perfectly located for those who want to dip in and out of the buzz and action of central Worthing, or who want their car to hand to explore a bit more of Sussex. You are a short walk from the town centre and pier (which you can see from your windows) but have a quiet stretch of beach right opposite you to enjoy away from the crowds and a peaceful spot to retreat to between all the holiday activities ! The private parking space is at the front of the property - essentially the stoned front garden - so it couldn't be more convenient to come and go. The apartment has plenty of living space with adjoining South facing kitchen breakfast room and lounge diner - both with sea views. In the living room, you'll find a comfy vegan leather corner sofa with cushions, footstool and throw and a dining table with 4 padded vegan leather chairs. There is a 43 inch Samsung smart TV, DVD player and super fast broadband. There are some card games and board games (for adults and children) as well as a set of binoculars to keep you entertained and a large coffee table to spread out that board game on. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, electric oven, gas hob & large fridge freezer. There is a DAB radio and a bluetooth speaker for your music options and a table with 2 more padded vegan leather chairs where you can look out to sea over breakfast or a drink. The bedrooms are both at the back of the apartment which is darker and quieter at night, and all of the curtains in both of the bedrooms and living room are black out. The main bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe with plenty of hangers and dressing table with stool as well as bedside cabinets. There is a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror as well as a full length wall mirror to make getting ready a pleasure. There is space in the main bedroom to fit a travel cot if you are travelling with a baby. If you would like to use ours, please let me know when you book, and remember to bring your own travel cot bedding. Please note - the maximum occupancy is 4 people which does include babies/ infants. The second bedroom is cosy and has 2 single beds, a full length mirror and a row of wall mounted clothes hooks. The modern shower room is compact and equipped with an electric power shower. Guest access You will have the apartment to yourself for your stay. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor with one set of stairs (split into 2 sections) to access the apartment's private front door. There is private parking for 1 car on site.
