With driveway parking right outside and everything you need for all the family inside, it’s the perfect choice for a relaxing coastal escape. Easily enjoy the beach - a 30 second walk across the road - with the Pier, town centre and all the cafes and restaurants within 15 mins walk, or hop in the car and explore nearby Brighton, Arundel, Chichester and Goodwood. The space Beach 180 is perfectly placed for guests who want to enjoy the best of Worthing—close enough to stroll into the lively town centre and pier (visible from the apartment), yet set opposite a quieter stretch of beach where you can relax away from the crowds. You’ll have your own private driveway parking space directly in front of the property, making it family friendly and easy to come and go, whether you’re heading out for dinner or exploring more of Sussex. Inside, the apartment is bright and thoughtfully laid out, with a spacious south-facing lounge/dining area and adjoining kitchen/breakfast room - both enjoying beautiful sea views. The living area features a cosy corner sofa (vegan leather), dining table for four, 43” smart TV, DVD player and fast Wi-Fi. You’ll also find board games, card games and books for adults and children, and binoculars for making the most of the coastal setting. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob and large fridge freezer. A breakfast table offers the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while looking out to sea. There is a highchair for your little one and you'll find plastic cups, plates and cutlery too. You'll also have a Bluetooth speaker and DAB radio so you won't miss your favourite breakfast radio station or listening to your playlist while the waves roll in. With comfortable seating and tables in each space, there are also two laptop-friendly spots if you need to work during your stay. Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment, creating a quieter, darker space for restful nights, with blackout-lined curtains throughout. All of the bedside tables have USB charging ports for your electronics and there is a motion activated night light in case anyone gets up during the night. There is plenty of space for a travel cot in the main bedroom and we will happily set it up for you if you let us know you will want it - you just need to bring your own bedding. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including infants. Guest access You will have the apartment to yourself for your stay. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor with one set of stairs (split into 2 sections) to access the apartment's private front door. To ensure everyone can get in and out safely, this area mustn't be obstructed but there are bike mounts in the parking area (bring your lock) and pushchairs can be left in your car on the driveway so they are easily accessible. There is driveway parking for 1 car directly outside the front door so loading and unloading with the family couldn't be easier.
