Spacious 3 bedroom home ideal for your next beach holiday. Well designed, open plan living area extends out onto a large deck & lawn, with outdoor furnishings & a BBQ. Extras such as beach toys, ping pong & being pet friendly make this home perfect for a family or group of friends. Central location a few mins stroll to the beach and a 5 min drive to the main village with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Nearby is local favourite Surf Shack Cafe, dairy, fish & chips and estuary walkway. The space There are three comfortable bedrooms, all with Queen size beds and opening into the living area. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and the other two bedrooms use the separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The garage has a laundry, ping pong table and lots of beach gear, such as boogie boards and sun umbrellas for guest use. There is also a couch that folds out into a bed and a small double floor mattress that you can use to sleep two extras if needed, but you will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows and towels please. The large open plan lounge area with fully equipped kitchen (including an air fryer) and dining area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The living opens onto the landscaped garden and deck with an indoor/outdoor flow - perfect for that holiday feel. Relax on the outdoor bean bags enjoying a glass of wine while the kids run around on the lawn. Cook on the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with ample seating options. It really doesn't get any easier on holiday! If you bring your boat there is a coin operated ramp 5 minutes away at Bowentown, next to the boat club or launch off the Beach at Anzac Bay, with a protected tidal harbour for fishing, water skiing, kayaking and wind surfing or you can venture out across the bar for excellent fishing and diving. Enjoying a round of golf is possible in Waihi and Katikati. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the whole house and garden area during your stay, no other parts of the property will be used by owners or other guests. Other things to note Please note the property is fenced on three sides but not on the street-front side, this is something to be aware of for guests with small children or dogs. We do allow small to medium dogs and just ask that they do not jump up on beds or furniture. The property has high speed fibre WIFI.
