Tranquil Waters Beachfront Condo: quiet, no crowds

Welcome to Tranquil Waters PCB: right on the white sugary sands of Panama City Beach. The space Tranquil Waters PCB is a beachfront studio condo at Top of the Gulf Resort in the desirable Thomas Drive-area. It has been completely remodeled & sleeps 4 on two queen beds and features a view overlooking the pool & the beach. There is a kitchen with full sized appliances including an ice maker that makes 50 lbs of ice a day (fill your cooler easily!). Our Smart TV offers all you need for entertainment, although it will be hard to compete with the amazing view you'll enjoy from the 2nd floor condo overlooking the pool and Emerald coast. Our bathroom is fully updated and is the epitome of luxury. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note The primary renter must be 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 people. The primary renter must sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and provide a credit card directly to the host on which a $300 damage deposit HOLD (not a charge) will be placed prior to check in and released after check out (provided there are no issues).
