Carrying your favorite beach provisions is a breeze thanks to the wide boardwalk over low dunes with sloped ramps at each end. Retreat amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, central picnic grilling area, outdoor rinsing station along the beach path, wireless internet, three elevators, as well as two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor. Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and explore the charm of Pawleys Island. Southeasterly facing third floor townhouse style condo offers open concept common areas with tile floors, powder room, balcony with peek-a-boo ocean view and outdoor dining set. Located downstairs on the second level are two bedrooms with luxury wood-look floors and two full bathrooms. Amenities: Smart & cable flat screen TV in LR, cable flat screen TV in MB, flat screen TV w/Firestick in 2nd BR, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, balcony w/outdoor dining set, on-site pool and grilling area, access to ground level locker w/owner beach gear. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor. Housekeeping / Linens: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays. Length Of Stay: 5-night minimum mid-June through mid-August. 3-night minimum during other times of the year. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome. Check in: Guests must pick up their Access Welcome Packet from the Litchfield Real Estate and Vacation Rentals office located at 12980 Ocean Highway 17, Pawleys Island SC 29585. Access is given no earlier than 4:00 PM. Priority is given to assuring the rental home is clean and inspected. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM EST or on Sunday, please call our office ahead of your travel date for instructions. No Smoking. No Pets (retreat rules prohibit guest pets).
