Dear tenants, we rent our contemporary Basque House, in Bidart, bordering Guethary. In a privileged and green environment, you can quickly walk to the sea, to Uhabia beach and to Guethary to stroll! You are a 5-minute drive from the historic center of Bidart. The living rooms are on the first floor for a magnificent sea view! 4 bedrooms, with the possibility of sleeping 6 people. The space We welcome you to a house with 2 bedrooms with double beds 160 (including a master suite and a mezzanine) and 2 bedrooms with single beds. In this house, we live outside: on the ground floor, you will enjoy a swimming pool (secure), its deckchairs and its green space, while upstairs you will have an L-shaped terrace, ready to welcome you for aperitifs and convivial meals with a sofa area and a dining area! The house is facing southwest, you will enjoy the sun all day. A spacious and fully-equipped kitchen extends the living room and terrace. Upstairs, you will also find a mezzanine bedroom with a 160 bed and shower room. On the ground floor, the entrance distributes the different rooms: a toilet, a bedroom (bed height 140) with pool access, a master suite of 160 (pool access) and its bathroom, a children's bedroom with the possibility of 2 beds (90) and the office/ laundry room (washing machine, 2nd fridge, vacuum cleaner...) During your rental, the pool will be maintained, the garden too and one cleaning/week is included. This is our home, so take care of it!! Regards, Candice.
