Welcome to Ivy Bend 37! Built in late 2020, this 2/2 cabin in rural North Carolina has all the modern luxuries, situated on an acre of land where you can't help but relax & enjoy the surrounding nature. The large fully enclosed deck is perfect for morning coffee over a beautiful sunrise, or to relax and cook out in the evening. Well behaved, potty trained dogs welcomed with a $125 pet fee. The space 🦌 There are no shortages of deer and other wildlife in the area so drive cautiously and enjoy the drive in This cozy 2/2 cabin has all the comforts you'll need to have a relaxing vacation. As soon as you walk in you'll love the expansive soaring ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets to make or bake. Relax on the couch with comfy throw pillows and blankets, watching our movie collection on the 58" smart TV. The brand new fiber optic internet resulting in up to 250Mbps is great for streaming! Head down the hallway and you'll pass a full bathroom with nice soaking tub/shower combo. Directly across is a full size stackable washer and dryer with complimentary detergent for your use. The primary bedroom has its own private bath with dual sinks and a walk in shower. Enjoy a king bed with luxurious pillow top mattress and memory foam, cotton linens, goose down alternative comforter and soft pillows. The guest bedroom has two Twin XL beds. They are perfect for kids and the taller guests, as they are the length of a king mattress. These beds have cozy goose down comforters and cotton sheets. Head outdoors where you'll find an expansive "party porch" but make sure the party is limited to four guests who are quiet by 10PM! HA! Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM every day, as this is a residential neighborhood and we must respect our neighbors. We also have a fire pit area with four adirondack chairs. Firewood is not included but it is sold at nearby stores. ****This is a non smoking, non vaping property (even outside)! We welcome well behaved, potty trained dogs (2 max) with a $125 pet fee so please select the option for pets at time of booking. Please refrain from allowing pets to go to the bathroom on the plants along the front of the home and porch. There is an acre of area for them to roam instead. Cats are not allowed at any time. Please make sure your dog is clean and has flea/tick preventative on them, as this area is known for deer ticks. 20 mins to Murphy NC; 25 mins to McCaysville GA / Copperhill TN; 30 mins to Blue Ridge GA; Ocoee River Rafting in Ducktown TN only 21 minutes!
