The villa is perfectly integrated in the granite context that characterizes the Gallura area. The external is made of 2 wide sea view terraces, where you can relax enjoying the extraordinary sunsets that this land offers. The terrace is directly connected to the garden and the depandance that also provides a bathroom. One of the most suggestive places of this villa is the solarium, where you will be bewitched by the colors and beauty of the oriental coast. Inside the residential Park you will find a restaurant with pizzeria, a bar and a supermarket. In 5-10 kilometres from Portobello you will find some typical agriturismos and restaurants. A medical service is available during the summer months. Baja dell'Amore, Baja dell'Uomo, Baja Rosa and the famous beach Lu Culumbu are reachable in few minutes. By car you can reach more beautiful beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda in Isola Rossa. The nearest villages are Trinita d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa of incomparable beauty). Interesting in the hinterland is the Gallura area where activities like hiking or biking are customary. Famous places in Gallura are Luogosanto and Tempio (town centers in the typical granite) and the Valle della Luna at Aggius village which are worth visiting. Other things to note Pets are welcome only upon request and prior approval, provided they do not get on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property’s premises to do their business. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please follow recycling rules and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be separated into designated bags for organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At check-out, the property must be completely free of residual waste. Failure to comply will result in a €250.00 penalty. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1.000.00 will be held via credit card. This amount will be automatically released (according to your bank's processing time) at the end of the stay.
