The first bedroom has a King sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has two beds one full and one twin sized bed with a high quality Lucid memory foam mattress. Lot 115 is one of the largest lots in Key Largo Kampground and is located very close to the pool The space 2020 recreational vehicle with all the amenities and comfort of a house. Two bedrooms with King, Full and Twin sized beds and very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Also, the sofa can be converted into a double bed. Kitchen has a 4 burner cooktop, medium sized refrigerator, and microwave. Kitchen comes equipped with plates, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, flatware and much more to prepare meals at home. The bathroom offers a full shower with ample space. Beautiful outdoor area surrounded trees and with a dining table to enjoy dinners al fresco. Guest access Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles south of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting (Mile Marker 101.5 Oceanside). It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (around 7 min by car). Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkel, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun. Other things to note - Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 6 guests per unit. -Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival. - Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance. There's no check-in available after 10:00PM. -Check-out time is 11:00am - Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot. - All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max.  ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day.  Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum ► Boat registration (max 1 per reservation. No boats over 25’) ► Trailer registration ► Liability insurance (declaration page with coverage of injury and damages). - No smoking allowed inside the units. - Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground. - The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule. Pets are allowed with the following restrictions: ● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each.  No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below).   Pets must be leashed when off your site.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking. List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.
