No heavy shedding breeds (MUST BE ON RESERVATION MAX OF 2), please note that the pet fee does NOT included waste removal and it is your responsibility to pick up all dog waste, failure in doing so will result in an additional $150.00 fee. The couch will have a cover, but dogs are not allowed on beds. If you falsify a service dog I will Report you to the ADA and your reservation can be terminated. A service animal BY LAW must never be left alone in the home and must be with its handler at ALL TIMES. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $500.00 fee for deep cleaning and Ozone treatment. We are located in a very humid and wooded area, bugs are plentiful outside and we would like to keep them outside.
