Inside the garage you will find extra outdoor seating, electric grill on wheels and a game of corn hole for your enjoyment . You will not see us while on your stay unless of course you need assistance. The home is equipped with keyless entry. 2 parks in the neighborhood. One large park with splash pad, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and walking trail. The other park is a smaller "toddler park" Car, bike, walk or Uber This is a family friendly neighborhood and has a noise ordinance at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No heavy shedding breeds (MUST BE ON RESERVATION MAX OF 2), please note that the pet fee does NOT included waste removal and it is your responsibility to pick up all dog waste, failure in doing so will result in an additional $150.00 fee. The couch will have a cover, but dogs are not allowed on beds. If you falsify a service dog I will Report you to the ADA and your reservation can be terminated. A service animal BY LAW must never be left alone in the home and must be with its handler at ALL TIMES. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $500.00 fee for deep cleaning and Ozone treatment. We are located in a very humid and wooded area, bugs are plentiful outside and we would like to keep them outside. We have regular pest service but ask for you help by keeping the doors closed at all times and by not leaving food out. . Longer term renters are welcome (prior approval needed)., updated, cozy home.
