There is plenty of space for guests as the home spans 3 floors and has a large shared backyard. Feel relaxed and comfortable right away in our spacious yet cozy townhouse! Enjoy plenty of natural light, and the privacy of 3 bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The main bedroom is on the top floor and features a king bed, a huge walk-in closet, and an ensuite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the middle floor, 1 has a queen bed and the other has a double bed. Both have plenty of closet space. Each bedroom has its own dedicated workspace, and there is wifi available so guests can conveniently work from home if needed. Relax in the living room - guests will find plenty of cozy seating options, a smart TV, and even a piano! The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential appliances and we’ve included cooking basics for guests wanting to prepare meals. Please enjoy the BBQ outside as well! There is a washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor. Our check-in process is smooth and easy! Details for our smart lock will be sent ahead of the guests' arrival. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is before 11am. Guests have access to the entire property. There are a maximum of 6 guests for this stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled. Please note the backyard is shared with the entire condominium community, please be mindful of others. There is free parking in the garage or in a shared condo lot (this is first come first serve). There is NO PARKING in our driveway. This stay is located on a quiet residential street not far from the main streets. Within walking distance are Starbucks, many local eateries and shops, a pharmacy, Stamford hospital, local parks, and the Rippowam River. Downtown Stamford - 2 min drive Stamford train station - 2 min drive Target - 4 min drive UCONN - 4 min drive / 10 min walk Stamford hospital - 2 min drive Mill River Park - 3 min walk Walking is a great way to get around the neighborhood, as we are close to the main roads and attractions, many local parks, and the Rippowam River. There is parking for guests with a car, and the I95 is easily accessible from the home. There are also taxis and Uber available. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the townhouse. 1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties. 2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. 3) We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to. 4) Please note that guests will need to climb stairs in the townhouse. 5) Directions to the Property: Most importantly for late arrivals, we recommend following this path to the home, especially at night. Walk down the path to the left of the buildings and then take a right turn. We understand that cars may sometimes block the path, making it challenging to find your way after dark. This updated direction should help you navigate to the property more easily.
