The east side towns are also all within about 3 miles. Excellent grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Parking for 1 vehicle on property. You can expect a private experience. The property is quiet and peaceful. You have one parking spot very close by to the front entrance. There are no animals or smoking on the property due to allergies of other residents. The property is well maintained and kept very clean. You have sidewalks to local parks and this is a great biking area. There are kayak rental locations within 3 miles. The neighborhood is very safe and residential in nature but within a few miles of many grocery stores and restaurants and just 10-15 minutes to downtown. It is very easy to get to all the east side towns and villages from this location which is just 2 miles away from both the entrances of 490 and 590. We are 2.5 miles away from public transportation. If you are staying long term, the cleaner is available to assist you for your personal cleaning at an extra cost to you. Due to allergies, the property is kept very clean and no pets or smoking are allowed on the property.
