Home away from home is comfortably decorated and works well for groups up to 6 people. Three queen beds in the unit. It has a full kitchen with nice spaces for dining inside or out. The neighborhood has a sidewalk with parks nearby. It is strategically located equidistant to both the 590 and 490 entrances by less than 3 miles each way. The east side towns are also all within about 3 miles. Excellent grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Parking for 1 vehicle on property. The space You can expect a private experience. The property is quiet and peaceful. You have one parking spot very close by to the front entrance. There are no animals or smoking on the property due to allergies of other residents. The property is well maintained and kept very clean. Guest access You have sidewalks to local parks and this is a great biking area. There are kayak rental locations within 3 miles. The neighborhood is very safe and residential in nature but within a few miles of many grocery stores and restaurants and just 10-15 minutes to downtown. We have parking for 1vehicle on the property for this apartment. Other things to note You have your own all in one washer/dryer combination in this apartment. Central vacuum outlet and hose and wand for your use in this apartment. If you are staying long term, the cleaner is available to assist you for your personal cleaning at an extra cost to you. Due to allergies, the property is kept very clean and no pets or smoking are allowed on the property.
