Our Happy Place Farm Retreat - near Lake Conroe

Bring the family to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset over a 1.5 ac fishing/kayaking pond. This 2 bedroom/2 bath features country living at its best. Located on 10 acres near Willis, Texas just minutes from Lake Conroe. Stocked pond - guaranteed catch for the kids, swimming, kayaking, hiking, lots of animals to pet, horses to ride (additional fee), firepit, smoker, and on-site pickleball court too! Inquiry about us hosting your kid birthday parties, company retreat, or wedding here too! The space Indoors: The cabin is spacious with two bedrooms and a kitchen with a gas stovetop, fridge and air fryer. The table can seat 8, and there is another game table perfect for puzzles or poker. The cabin also has a washer/dryer. There is a master bedroom plus a bunkroom for the kids. The cabin is wheelchair accessible and has grab bars in the master bathroom. There is a full bath and a 1/2 bath inside, plus an outdoor shower. There is no smoking in the cabin. Guest access The cabin is next door to our home so all outdoor areas are shared. Please treat the cabin as you would your own home. No parties without prior approval, please. No confetti or glitter may be used inside the cabin or on the patio area. Other things to note Outdoors: The outdoor patio is a perfect place to hang out and drink your morning coffee. The large fire pit is a great spot for hanging out in the evening and making smores. We have two kayaks and two jon boats available for use on the pond. The pond is fully stocked and I guarantee kids will catch fish! (Poles provided - catch and release only). Smoking is allowed in the fire pit area. Cigarettes and cigars only and please leave no trace of them. We have a pickleball court and can set up a badminton net for you as well. You are welcome to hike around the property. There are plenty of animals to see - horses, emus, ducks, chickens and quail. We usually have baby chicks too!
