Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges. Get some much needed R&R at our newly remodeled home (approx 1032sq ft) complete with a bright modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee or espresso from our Nespresso bar as you take in the morning ocean views. Our home gives off a light and airy feel from the carefully selected furniture to the décor in every room, you will be sure to find peace during your stay here. Relax in the sitting room with more beautiful unobstructed views of the cove or cozy up in our family room and watch a Netflix show on the first level. After a long day, hang out on the brand new back deck overlooking the water and cook up something on the grill. Take in the scenery while enjoying our brand new hot tub with 90 jets sure to put you in a state of relaxation. If your feeling adventurous, take the kayaks or paddleboard for a cruise around the cove or even better, dive right in! Check out one of the many restaurants located within walking distance on Park Ave like 15 Point Rd or Blue Anchor Grill. However, if you prefer to have a home-cooked meal with the family, you'll find a dining table open to the sitting area and Kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes, spices, utensils etc. After a day at the beach or walking around some of the charming local towns, you may want to freshen up and utilize our washer and dryer. After an eventful day of exploring, you can unwind into one of the 3 private bedrooms on the second level of the home. On hot summer nights, enjoy the comfort of central air, open the windows to take in the sea breeze, or have a glass of wine (on us!) on the deck for some fresh air by the fire table or in the hot tub. For those traveling with an infant, feel free to pack a little lighter! We provide a Graco Pack n Play with mattress pad insert and crib sheet. Please let us know in advance if needed! We also have a bouncer and playmat for your little ones to enjoy. Some extra fun amenities include board games, Jenga, kayaks, paddleboard, and corn hole. There is a driveway for 2 parking spaces. Please do not park on the grass. The cottage will be privately yours, but should you need anything we are just a quick message away! Around Town We are close to many local bars and eateries on the island like the highly rated 15 Point Road and the infamous Flo’s Clamshack. There’s also a new coffee house just a short walk down the road. Things To Do Experience the coastal towns of Newport, Tiverton and Bristol all with great shops and restaurants. Newport Vineyards, Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyards, and Greenvale Vineyards are also a short drive. Portsmouth is easily walkable but also has plenty of free street parking. There are many other towns to visit that are a short drive away. * There are steps that lead straight down to open water, please be cautious. * Please note.
