The space We welcome dogs, and approval is required for all pets. A $100 pet fee is applicable, which is utilized for thorough cleaning to eliminate any traces of your furry companion. We go the extra mile by employing additional cleaning measures and using an ozone machine to ensure the removal of any lingering odors. This is done as a courtesy to upcoming guests who may not have pets. The code for the keypad will be provided to you in a separate secure message prior to your arrival. There will be a link sent to you via SMS where Door code and check-in instruction will be available. You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door. Garage Parking: You will be provided with a garage door opener upon your arrival inside of the property. Please make sure to return the opener before checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee. This will allow you to park your vehicle securely in the garage. Please use the garage solely for parking purposes. Please note that there is NO access into the house from the garage. You will have to walk around to the front door to get in and out of the house. Other things to note Upon arrival, please park in the driveway. Parking on the street makes it difficult for neighbors to back out of their driveways. You should note that this home is a duplex, and you have booked the RIGHT side of the property. The driveway for this home fits 2 cars and is located directly in front of the 2 car garage. The double red doors are NOT the entrance to this house The path to the front door for your stay is located to the RIGHT of the garage. After you have entered the house, you are welcome to move your vehicle(s) into the garage if you'd like. We have provided a garage door opener for use during your stay; it can be found with the house manual in the kitchen. Please make sure to return it there before checkout to avoid a $75 replacement fee. Please note that we do have a camera inside the garage for security purposes.
