The holiday villa is on two floors. Casa Marangi opens into a large living roomon the ground floorunder the barrel-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones, furnished with a comfortable sofa, tv, fireplace, dining area and open kitchen with induction hob. Moreover, there is1 double bedroomwith tv and a full bathroom. The first floor is accessible from external stairs and consists of 3 independent bedrooms with private bathroom and kitchenette with induction hob. Two of the bedrooms are double, the third is a triple bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The surroundings of Casa Marangi in Ostuni Casa Marangi is a new villa with swimming pool in a residential area of Ostuni, 300 meters away from the city centre of the "Citt Bianca". The villa is in a strategic position as it is close to the town amenities (supermarket, tobacco shop, caf and pharmacy) and to the beautiful old town centre with its events and tourist spots. Moreover, it`s a short drive away from the beautiful beaches of Ostuni. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from May to October. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
