Situated on a fully fenced corner block in a quiet neighbourhood, we are located only 500m (10 mins stroll) from the beach, and a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Start your day with a cafe-quality coffee with our Breville coffee machine (coffee beans provided), and cook up a storm in our fully-equipped kitche The space Relax on the comfy leather sofa in the living room with a glass of wine, or watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. In winter, you can be toasty and warm with a large split system heater/aircon in the main living area, and a portable heater in each bedroom. Plus cosy blankets in the lounge and bedrooms, Main bedroom: King size koala mattress bed Second bedroom: 2 single beds Bathroom with bath and separate shower Separate toilet Outdoor area front and back to play with the kids, and have a BBQ Guest access Our guests will have full access to the property except for the garage and one locked cupboard in the house. We have three large outdoor areas to enjoy on our fully fenced wrap around corner block. One at the front to soak up the morning sun with your freshly made coffee. In the afternoon, catch the rays as you relax in the hammock at the side of the house. For a bit more privacy, retreat to the back to sit in the lounge chairs, read a book or cook up a storm on the bbq. Complimentary coffee beans, tea, muesli, chocolates for your enjoyment. Other things to note We provide some books for both young and old(er) to enjoy whilst staying at our place. We also provide a few toys for the kids to play with :) There is a portacot and high chair available.
