This temperature is designed for comfortable year-round swimming, though it will not feel as hot as a hot tub. Age Requirement Guests must be 21 or older to book and stay at the property unless accompanied by their parents. 2. Pet Policy Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (maximum 75 lbs each) with a $229 pet fee. Unauthorized pets or additional animals will result in a $175 fine and may lead to removal from the property. 3. Sneaking in Pets Bringing pets without prior approval and payment will result in the $229 pet fee plus an additional $175 penalty. 4. Indoor Pool Rules • Pool depth is 4 feet — no diving allowed. • Guests must be 25+ to use the pool unsupervised. • All minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Use the pool at your own risk. 5. Hot Tub Rules • Hot tub use is for guests 21+ only. • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. • Use at your own risk. 6. Pool Area Safety No alcohol or glass items are allowed in the pool area. 7. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1000 fine. 8. Security Camera For safety, one security camera is located outside the main entrance. Tampering with or disconnecting the camera (including Wi-Fi) will result in immediate removal from the property. 9. Wildlife Notice This is a cabin in the woods, and you may encounter bugs or wildlife. Please keep doors and windows closed. If you see a bear, do not approach or feed it. 10. Uncontrollable Events Refunds cannot be provided for events beyond our control such as weather conditions, power outages, or natural disasters. 11. No Open Flames Candles or open flames are not permitted. Violations may result in a $100 fine plus damages. 12. Check-In & Check-Out Times Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50 per hour, depending on availability. 13. No Parties or Events Parties or events are not allowed. Housekeeping documents the property with time-stamped photos before and after each stay. 14. BBQ Grill Please turn off the gas after use. 15. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors. 16. Host Availability We are available to assist you between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily. Responses outside these hours may be delayed.
