The space Elipa house has been beautifully renovated to create a charming, comfortable holiday house where you will be just as happy relaxing on the terraces or garden soaking up the view as you will in exploring the local area. The house has no immediate neighbours so there is a lot of privacy, surrounded by gardens, forests, pastures and wonderful open views. On the ground floor an entry area leads to the open plan living / dining room - and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room has a fantastic traditional farmhouse ceramic stove for cosy Winter days and from the living room you can exit onto the beautiful 4 sided wooden deck with covered outdoor dining table, outdoor sofas and magnificent views over the Ljubljana valley and Skofja Loka hills, stretching 100km South to Mount Sneznik. In the loft are 2 double bedrooms each with access to a lovely glass fenced balcony and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. On the lower level is a sauna room, table tennis room, additional bathroom with washer and dryer and additional living room with day bed suitable for Summer use for families with older kids. There is also an additional terrace on this level with sun loungers and hammock. A pretty garden with plentiful fruit trees surrounds the house on all sides and offers a great play space for kids too, whilst parents relax on the terrace overlooking it or enjoy the fire pit and barbeque areas.
