Perched high on a hill EAGLE VIEW HOUSE has stunning panoramic views stretching from Bedwell Glacier over Lemmins Inlet through the old growth forests of Meares Island, Clayoquot Sound and Tofino Harbor—you can see all the way to open ocean! The house was custom designed by the award-winning architect George Morrow. Located a short walk away from the many art galleries, restaurants and shops of Tofino. The view is fabulous, yet the location is private and you feel like you're a world away. The space Eagle View House is versatile; ideal for a couple on a romantic getaway, the master bedroom offers a stunning view, and your own full bathroom with shower/tub combo. If you're travelling with family or friends, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single up top and full size bed below. The main bathroom also has a shower. The living dining area has an open concept flow with views from every part of the house. There is a piano in the living area for guest to enjoy. Just off the living area is a large deck equip with a BBQ and hot tub and head to the front yard for the brand new barrel sauna with serene forest views, perfect for any post adventure relaxing. Eagle View House is the perfect place to entertain guests or just to sit back, grab the binoculars and watch the world go by below you. Sunsets are fabulous! Whether relaxing with a book in hand or barbecuing on the deck, the amazing changing scenery is your constant companion. If you're coming during storm watching season, rest assured the house has solar panels and no matter what the weather throws your way, you will always have power! The code will be provided to the guest prior to check in. Other things to note Host Rules: Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation. Age min: must be 25 years or older to book. Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Dec-Feb). Pet Policy: Only 2 dogs max after owner approval. Sorry no cats allowed! Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals! Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
