When booked individually, each suite maintains its own private entrance and terrace/patio/pergola with outdoor furniture and grill, while certain outdoor amenities are shared. The outdoor space is the heart of the property. A large heated saltwater pool and attached spa are centrally located between the buildings. Surrounding the pool area are multiple seating and lounging areas, a putting green, a giant chess board, and ample space to gather or relax. Behind the property lies Vista Lake with a private dock, offering opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and wildlife observation, including manatees and coastal birds. The Gulf beach is just a short walk across North Shore Drive. Each suite is ground level with wide doors and low-rise showers. Interiors include fully equipped kitchens, private washers and dryers, dishwashers, high-speed WiFi, and modern living spaces designed for relaxed island comfort. Guest access Private entry doors to all units with remotely controlled electronic keyless locks. When the entire resort is booked, guests have exclusive use of all buildings and outdoor areas. When suites are booked individually, outdoor amenities such as pool, spa, putting green and dock may be shared with other registered guests. Other things to note Exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording is installed in the driveway, pool equipment zones, pool deck, kayak rack and lakefront areas. No cameras are installed inside any building. Smart thermostats operate within regulated ranges to ensure reliable system performance and indoor comfort. Due to documented health considerations within the Owner’s family, this is a strictly animal-free property. No pets and no animals of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property, including for guests and visitors. Any unauthorized animal on the premises constitutes a material breach of the rental terms and may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and charges for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages. Preventive pest control is performed regularly; however, due to Florida’s warm and humid subtropical climate, occasional insects or small lizards may appear indoors despite best efforts. This is typical for the region. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their stay against unforeseen circumstances.
