Historic Sanford Sunshine Cottage w/ Treetop suite

Centrally located between theme parks and beaches! This historic 1923 home was originally a carriage house and completely renovated in 2009. The home is located in the historic district of downtown Sanford and is in the golf cart zone! Golf cart’s are available to rent downtown. 1st street is a short 5 minute drive from the house, going 25mph staying in the neighborhood! The space The front deck is very spacious with a table and chairs and hammock to relax in. Surrounded by large trees, you feel like you are camping in the city! The living space is one large great room with a beautiful farmhouse table that can fit 8 people comfortably. There is a home theater set up with a 60" curved 4K smart TV, Live TV, Netflix, Disney+ and a collection of dvd movies are available for you to use. There’s a music nook with a piano, record player and records. The Rose Room: The master bedroom has a king size sleep number bed. French doors lead from the bedroom onto a large screened in porch. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. The Dogwood Room: The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a pull out, full size trundle bed. The Tulip Room: The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a desk. The Tree Top Suite: The guest suite has a queen bed and a small sofa that folds down into a bed. The sofa is small and hard, so probably only suitable for a child. This room also has an attached full bathroom. The landing at the top of the stairs has a collection of books and more board games for kids and adults. Guest access The entire home is private. The guest suite, which is part of your rental, has its own entrance and keypad entry. It is located on the upper deck. **** There is a Nest security camera mounted outside at the front door *** Other things to note Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests that will be staying ************ Small events are allowed on a case by case basis, with an additional event fee. In the house manual binder, there is also a collection of menus and flyers for local downtown restaurants and shops, along with everything you need to know about the home like where the iron and ironing board is, extra linens, etc.
