The Rustico Casetta Pia is beautifully situated in a fenced olive grove on Via Navene Vecchia, about 1 minute drive from the centre of Malcesine. It is less than a 3-minute walk to the cable car to Monte Baldo. It has a size of about 60 m² and is divided below: On the ground floor a living-dining room with adjoining modern fitted kitchen, dining table for 4 people, a modern sofa bed and satellite LCD, on the upper floor a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC/BD. The space The built-in kitchen is equipped as follows: 4 hot plates gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. A satellite LCD with all common German programs, Wi-Fi and a washing machine in the bathroom are available. In front of the Rustico is a covered patio with garden furniture (table, chairs and loungers) and a charcoal grill. Dogs are welcome (there are fees). A parking space for a car is available for the guests directly at the Rustico. Casetta Pia is modern decorated, very neat and offers Accommodates a maximum of 3 persons.
