The space At this special rate for smaller groups I offer 5 rooms with 5 bathrooms. All rooms have one queen size bed with a maximum of 10 people. You have full use of the kitchen, out door patios, BBQ area, 2 sitting areas. There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms at a higher rate for groups up to 20. Guest access Frank and Terri will great you upon arrival. Please make sure to advise what time you will be expected. We live in the private part of the house. Other things to note Please note that we do not allow sleeping on the furniture in the great room. No food is allowed in the bedrooms or eating in the great room. The kitchen is very large and we have 3 other patio area open to our guests.
