There is also free street parking outside the building also. Other things to note *This property is completely mobility friendly with wide entry ways, a large ensuite bathroom with roll in shower and power points that are 1m off the ground. Please let us know if you require a shower chair & bench prior to your stay. *Guest access to the unit is via a lift. The entrance to the property and into the unit are wide entrance ways and doorways and the lift. The lift goes all the way to the underground carpark and there are no steps to access any part of the property. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
