Car rentals or cab services without 4-wheel drive may not be able to make it up the steep hill 4- One initial concierge service (escort to the property location) is included. After checking in, concierge services are available for an additional fee of $75 per hour 5- There is only a 1 hour window for the concierge service to wait for the guests 6- The homeowner strongly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance due to the possibility of extreme weather in the BVIs or unexpected circumstances with more distant travel.
