All of our rentals are at Sunchase IV Condominiums, one of the finest luxury beachfront condominiums on South Padre Island. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms all with large balcony access and great water views. Nice sized master suite has flat screen TV, king bed and double sinks with vanity seating. Guest rooms offer twin and full bed accommodations. Upstairs offers fabulous patio provides second living and dining areas. Comfy over sized furniture, island kitchen and a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. South Padre Island is only a few blocks wide, with about 5 miles of city real estate, so you don’t need a car. You can walk, bicycle, or ride the free shuttle, The Wave, on SPI. You can also drive north on the beach for nearly 30 miles of desolate beaches and sand dunes, until reaching the Port Mansfield jetties and boat channel.Padre Island offers restaurants, bars, shops, movie theater and water sports. SPI boasts spectacular fireworks displays. Throughout the summer, you can view fireworks over the bay every Friday and Saturday. They are a delight for all ages. The WAVE transportation system consists of three main routes that connect the cities of South Padre Island, Port Isabel, and Laguna Heights together. These routes were developed to provide free transportation to the greatest number of work, play, and essential needs areas. The WAVE transportation system operates daily except on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The WAVE serves its customer from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You must be 25 years of age or older. Since the resort caters to families, we cannot accept reservations for vacationing students under the age of 25. Young singles unaccompanied by a parent WILL NOT be permitted to register. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rent.
